We offer private parking inside our main gate! Uber and Lyft also regularly drop-off and pick-up at the property.

Children are always welcome, but please leave your furry friends at home. We also love pets but need to keep our home and lush greens clean. Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the estate.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our homes or event areas. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this policy. Designated smoking areas are in the parking lot ONLY. No smoking will be permitted outside of these areas, doing so will jeopardize the return of any security deposit collected.

We love to recommend the La Quinta Resort and Homewood Suites. As always, we recommend booking extra lodging far in advance as the desert has many visitors.
Additionally, the Walker Land Company owns a few beautiful vacation homes located close to the Old Polo Estate.

We would love to host you and your loved ones at our newest venue, The Desert White House–an iconic Midcentury modern venue in Indio. Please note that this venue can only host 125 guests.

The Estate sleeps 30 and has 4-and-a-half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a large game room. Professionally decorated, the estate is well suited to accommodate large groups.

We are happy for you to hold other events onsite. Welcome meet-n-greet, rehearsal dinner or send-off brunch can be held at any of our locations onsite for an additional fee. Please inform us of your full weekend itinerary prior to your stay, so we can plan accordingly to accommodate you in the best way possible.
The Old Polo Estate does consider any gathering above the registered house guests an event. All matters of rentals, Vendor logistics, and parking for these events must be arranged and facilitated by your Coordinator.
